These terms govern your use of thecatcarrier.com, trading as Roambury, and any order you place here. By using this site or placing an order, you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Roambury is a trading name of Animouf LLC. You can reach us at hello@thecatcarrier.com.
On your bank or card statement, the payment will appear under Animouf rather than Roambury. We say so here so that it is not a surprise later.
Prices, currencies and tax
Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP), whichever of our four delivery countries you order from. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate on the day.
In United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the price you see includes the applicable VAT or GST: it is the price you pay. In Canada, sales taxes are not included in the displayed price, because they vary by province and are applied at checkout or on delivery. What may be charged on arrival is set out on our Delivery page.
Delivery is free unless stated otherwise. An order is firm once payment is confirmed. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never pass through this site and are never stored by us.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in — and in Australia and New Zealand, it could not do so even if it tried. Which rights apply to you depends on where you are, and the detail is on our Cancelling your order page.

Use of this site
The text, photographs and layout on this site are ours or used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use. Product photographs show the item as it is sold, including the branding that appears on the product itself.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you which that is.
